From scooter rolls to customization kings

The first mile
1952
Scooter runs and a thousand braiders
It started with rolls of elastic tied behind a scooter. At the same time we already ran 1,000+ braiding elastic machines, selling material meter by meter into the local market.
First in India
1992
India's first Italian crochet machine
We brought the first Italian machine for crochet and knitted elastic into India. That single installation opened a new construction for the domestic market.
National scale
2003
Largest crochet maker in India
Crochet capacity expanded until Jain Narrow Fabrics became India's largest manufacturer of crochet knitted elastics and tapes.
Another first
2004
Woven elastic and air-covered thread
We introduced woven elastic and brought fancy air-covered thread elastics to India. We were the first in the country to manufacture and sell fancy air-covered thread elastics.
Curtain tape lead
2006
India's largest curtain tape maker
Curtain tape production scaled until we became the largest manufacturer of curtain tape in India.
First overseas
2008
Export journey begins in Egypt
Our first international clients joined us as we opened the export journey with Egypt. REACH® started travelling beyond India.
Peak volume
2012
2.5 million meters a day
Production capacity peaked at 2.5 million meters of daily output across elastics, tapes, and webbings.

Automation and process efficiency
We stepped into plant automation and process efficiency, tightening planning, flow, and floor discipline before full digital control.
Built in-house
2024
Full process automation
Order creation, material requirement, production planning, and dispatch now run on one connected system. The logic behind our ERPs was studied, designed, and built in-house by Abhishek Jain.

300 machines. Customization kings.
Today we run 300 machines, develop over 5,000 samples a year, and have developed 50,000+ samples to date. Each year we manufacture 1,000+ SKUs. Small or big, fancy or basic, any yarn, any rubber or spandex, any design: that is our USP.
